Welcome to the Essex Working Trials Society web site. We hope you find this web site useful if you are thinking about competing in our sport or even if you are already trained for working trials and want to know a little bit more about Essex 2000.
Who are we?
Essex 2000 was established in October 1999. It was started by a group of "trialists" who wanted to have a training club where you could go to learn "all" disciplines of the Working Trials sport. We have been holding monthly training sessions on the last Sunday of the month ever since.
We cater for all levels of competitors from young puppies/inexperienced dogs through to Working Trials Champions. We have members who travel from all over to attend our training days.
All our trainers compete in Working Trials and are up-to- date with all the changes in the rules. We hold both Open and Championship trials each year in Danbury, Essex, where we also hold our monthly training sessions.
If you are interested in joining our club and want to join in the fun of training your dogs for Trials please click on the "Membership " link above. All levels of experience are welcome, all you need is enthusiasm.
Membership
is £10.00 per person annually and the training sessions are £20.00 per day for tracking and Control & Agility training and £15 per day just for Control & Agility.
